African Black Bar Soap
African black soap, or black soap (also known by various local names such as sabulun salo, ose dudu and ncha nkota), is a kind of soap made in Ghana, West Africa. It nourishes and cleanses the skin, perfect for every skin type.
How It’s Made: Our African Black Soaps are made with charcoal from roasted cocoa pods and plantain skins. This plant-derived potash is then blended with Shea Butter and coconut oil to create a dense, textured, dark brown bar soap that brightens and clears troubled skin without stripping natural oils. Great for sensitive and eczema- prone skin.
Benefits: Alleviates oily, acne-prone skin. Fades blemishes and brightens complexion naturally. Ideal for sensitive skin.
Directions: Apply to wet hands, washcloth or loofah and create a gentle lather. Wash face, body or hair and rinse off thoroughly. Follow with Nourishing Body Lotion for an even smoother skin.
Size: 5 oz
